This policy explains what information Mandate Global ("we") collects through mandate.pk and how we use it.

What we collect

• Consultation requests: your name, WhatsApp number, city, trade, chosen package and the name of anyone who referred you.
• Partner requests: your organisation name and type, contact name, phone number and batch size.
• Referrals: your name and WhatsApp number, the name and WhatsApp number of the person you refer, and how you want to be paid.
• Technical data: a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and your browser type, used only to stop spam.

We do not ask for passport or CNIC numbers on this website.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request, provide the service you ask for, pay referral rewards and keep our records. We never sell your information.

Who can see it

Only the Mandate Global team, and the providers that host our website and email. If you are referred, the person who referred you may be told that you joined, so their reward can be paid.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to serve you and meet legal or accounting requirements, then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email info@mandate.pk or WhatsApp 0328 5857685.
